Engraving with Logos and Graphics

More advanced designs and logos such as company logos may require a onetime artwork setup fee in addition to the engraving charge. Engravings that have large solid filled areas may require additional charges as well. For more information, please contact us directly at sales@laserin.co.nz.

Guidelines when Sending Artwork
A high resolution digital file is needed. We prefer the following formats:-

DXF,DWG,CDR,SVG,AI,EPS or Vector format PDF,

but may be able to work with others, such as JPEG, TIFF, BMP

What Not to Send Us

We do not consider photocopies, business cards, faxes or letterhead to be engraver ready. We are able to work from most of these items to create your final engraved product but there could be an additional charge.

All digital artwork will be provided to you for final approval before any work is completed. Please feel free to contact us with any questions about your artwork and file format at sales@laserin.co.nz

Engraving Policy

 We do not take responsibility for mistakes or misspellings made by our customer

• We have the right to refuse any request we deem inappropriate or do not want to place on products. If your engraving order is flagged as unacceptable, it will be cancelled with a full refund and you will be notified by email.
• Laser Innovations Ltd reserves the right to cancel any engraving request after it has been submitted.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Customers are responsible for all expenses incurred if an order is cancelled after production has commenced.
• Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee the exact colour of your engraving due to the variations in materials and coatings.

Turn Around Time

Please allow 24-36 hours after final approval on low quantity items, 7-10 Working days for large production items.

Priority Rush services may incur an urgent fee.

Trademarks and Copyrights

Laser Innovations Ltd assumes clients are authorized to use all trademarks and copyrighted materials presented for engraving. Our customer assumes all liability resulting from trademark or copyright disputes.
